We're always working behind the scenes at SayIntentions.AI to creating a Living World for your home flight sim. While working on some certain other injection features, our team was able to add some extremely cool additions to our program! This is a bit of a long one, so let's just dive in below. Navigating complex taxiways just got easier!
Progressive Taxi Paths
Imagine having a personalized path light up just for you as you taxi to the runway. That’s exactly what our new Progressive Taxi feature does. Using our TaxiTuner Community Sourced data, this feature displays a real-time, dynamic taxi path right on your screen. No more guessing which way to turn or trying to interpret complex instructions—just follow the path and enjoy the ride.
How to Use:
Call Ground Control and request "Progressive Taxi."
Alternatively, ask to "show a taxi path" or "turn the taxi lights on."
If something seems off, use our TaxiTuner feature to make adjustments, add gates, parking spots, or ramps.
FollowMe Cars
For those times when you want a bit more help, we’ve added the FollowMe Car feature. It’s like having your very own ground escort, ready to guide you to the runway. Whether you’re in a jumbo jet or a light aircraft, the FollowMe Car adapts its speed to match your needs, making ground navigation as effortless as possible.
How to Use:
Simply ask ATC for a "FollowMe Car."
These tools are designed to make ground navigation as smooth as possible, enhancing your experience in our Living World!
Callsigns from SimBrief + VA Support
We’ve streamlined your flight experience with our SimBrief and VA Support integration. We know a lot of our customers love flying with Virtual Airlines, and we now have a quick and easy way to support every single one of them! Simply sign into the Pilot Portal and add the needed details for your VA.
Once you pick up your IFR flight plan from SimBrief, our system automatically overrides the in-app callsign settings. Your new callsign, formatted exactly as it is in SimBrief, will be displayed in the top right corner of the app, making your flight feel truly official.
Key Features:
Automatic Callsigns: Overrides in-app settings with your SimBrief flight plan callsign.
Display: The callsign appears in the top right corner of the app.
VA Support: Fully compatible with Virtual Airlines; cabin crews will address your airline by name.
Pronunciation Options: Choose between ICAO and FAA styles.
IFR Exclusive: Available for IFR flights only.
BIRDS!
We’re always looking for ways to make your flight simulation more true-to-life, and our latest addition is something that brings a new level of unpredictability to your skies—BIRDS. See above for an example of the chaos!
BIRDS Feature: Dynamic Wildlife Encounters
We’ve developed a sophisticated bird flight path algorithm that simulates the behavior of birds around airports. Just like in the real world, these feathered friends can sometimes get in the way, leading to go-arounds and other mid-flight maneuvers. And when that happens, our ATC will be right there to guide you safely back to the ground.

Unexpected Challenges: Adds a layer of realism by introducing natural obstacles that pilots face in the real world.
ATIS Alerts: Stay informed—listen to ATIS for warnings about potential bird activity before you even take off.

Fuel Trucks
A small but impactful addition to our Living World!
Fuel Truck Requests
Need to refuel while on the ground? Simply:
Call ATC and request a "fuel truck"
The fuel truck will appear and position itself near your aircraft
Note: Fuel levels are not adjusted automatically; pilots retain control over fuel management.
This quality-of-life feature enhances the Living World by simulating realistic ground operations, adding to the immersion of your simulation environment.
ACARS/CPDLC - We Need YOUR Help!
Above and below are images of our very own ACARS/CPDLC system. Pictured is how it might look after integration with major aircraft developers. It’s a huge leap forward in bringing realistic in-flight communication to our Living World of AI flight simulation. How cool is that?
But here’s where we could use a little help from you, our amazing community.
Why We Need You
Due to some limitations, we couldn’t use the existing HOPPIE network, so we built our own replacement from the ground up. The good news? It works! The challenge? We’re currently operating through some workarounds because, so far, no major aircraft developers have integrated our system yet. Because of this, it's not available for immediate use by any of our customers.
How You Can Make a Difference!
We’ve made our ACARS/CPDLC network as easy as possible to integrate—seriously, it should take an aircraft developer less than an hour. We’ve already reached out to the major players, but a little nudge from you could go a long way. By letting these developers know how much you value this feature, we can push for broader adoption and make this system available in more aircraft.
